Dr. Moses' primary endeavor is the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive general dentistry. He has a special interest, expertise and board certification in the diagnosis and treatment of craniofacial pain and temporomandibular disorders, and has authored “Controversy in Temporomandibular Disorders: Clinicians’ guide to Critical Thinking.” Dr. Moses holds an appointment as an assistant professor at Rush University College of Medicine, Department of Psychology/Sleep Disorders and Surgery, where he teaches and constructs oral appliances to treat sleep apnea and snoring. He is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Board of Craniofacial Pain.
Dr. Moses earned his B.S. and D.D.S. degrees from the University of Illinois. He served in the U.S. Air Force Dental Corps, where he rose to the rank of Captain. He has received several honorary degrees in craniofacial pain and craniomandibular orthopedics, and has authored dozens of articles, reviews and abstracts in the field.

Dr. Elizabeth Kalliath welcomes you to her office located on the Lower Level of the Willis Tower. She is committed to helping her patients achieve the smile of their dreams. Dr. Kalliath remains up to date with the latest technological advancements in dentistry and strives to provide dental care in a comfortable environment. She takes pride in educating her patient’s about how to have optimal oral health.
Dr. Kalliath graduated from Vanderbilt University where she earned her B.S. She then went on to receive her D.M.D. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she graduated top of her class. Dr. Kalliath then completed a general practice residency in Chicago at Advocate Illinois Masonic where she gained experiences in surgical extractions, implant placement and restoration, sedation dentistry, pediatric dentistry, invisalign, and endodontics.
Dr. Kalliath is committed to learning about the latest advancements in dentistry, with a special interests in cosmetics and sleep apnea. She is active in organized dentistry and advocating for the profession. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the Illinois Dental Association.
